“ I have been eager to test this restaurant for some time now and FINALLY got the chance to visit. Upon entering, I was greeted by Suel, who was super kind and you can tell he truly loves is career. The space was quaint, clean, and well put together. The menu has alot of options which I liked (because I will keep coming back until I get everything from the menu lol). Ranging from vegetarian to traditional meat Options to please anyones desires. The food is made fresh and came out fairly quick. We ordered about 10 dishes for the table, and the portion sizes and flavor did NOT disappoint. This was literally the best authentic Indian cuisine Ive ever tasted, and again, made to order fresh. “ We often frequent area restaurants with groups of 10-20. At Guru, the staff was welcoming to our large group of 15. The restaurant is clean, quiet, and welcoming, more spacious and warm than one would think from the outside. The appetizers were warm and fresh, and many of the folks in our party who hadn’t eaten Indian before remarked how tasty was the food (samosas especially). The medium spice was just right and didn’t overpower the taste of the other ingredients. All of the entrees (curries) were light and too not heavy. Some of our party expressed food allergies and the staff was accommodating to our requests. We will be back! ”

Every dish, from the appetizers to the curries, was a standout, and the naan was perfectly soft and fluffy. The only downside was the service, which was a little slower than expected. It seemed like the restaurant was a bit short-staffed that day, but despite that, the staff were friendly and did their best to attend to all the tables. Despite the slower service, the incredible food more than made up for it, and I’ll definitely be back for another meal. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Indian food! ”

The Chicken Tiki was flawless and tender, made with breast meat delivered to your table still sizzling. Amazing service and all around the renovation and addition of booths made it more friendly. This restaurants chef cooks from the heart. My hat goes off to this skillful master of flavors. Bravo, bravo... I will be back soon and often. ”
